Tent Rentals
The following is a list of tents available for rent and pricing. Delivery charges are determined by the size of the order and the distance from our central Massachusetts warehouse. All rental charges are for the entire weekend. There are additional charges for set up or delivery outside of normal business hours.

Reservations: A reservation fee equal to a minimum of one-half the rental fee is required before items are reserved. The fee is not refundable unless notice is given at least two weeks before scheduled delivery
Delivery: Delivery is based on first floor delivery to your door. Additional charges for other than first floor delivery set up and take down of equipment, excessive time required, and areas not easily accessible to our delivery vehicle. Goods should be assembled and available to driver. We deliver and pick up during normal business hours.
Payment: Rental fees are due in advance of delivery.
We are not responsible for damages beyond our control, such as underground sprinklers, electric lines and severe weather.
Permits: Permits must be acquired by the property owner, lessee or licensed representative where the tent is to be located.
Water barrels are an additional $5.00 each and water must be available at tent site.(not recommended for larger tents)
