The following is a price list of party accessories available for rent. Items rented with tents are delivered free. Items rented without tents can be delivered for a fee. Delivery charges are determined by the size of the order and the distance from our central Massachusetts warehouse. All rental charges are for the entire weekend.

Note: All items are “Table Clean,” ready for use and must be returned clean.
Reservations : A reservation fee equal to a minimum of one-half the rental fee is required before items are reserved. This fee is not refundable unless notice is given at least two weeks prior to scheduled pick up or delivery time. No refunds on orders for tents.
Delivery: Delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door. Additional charge is made for other than first floor delivery, set up and take down of equipment, excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. Goods for return should be assembled and available to driver. We deliver and pick up during normal working hours.
Payment: Rental fees are due in advance
We are not responsible for damages beyond our control, such as underground utilities, sprinklers or weather.
Permits: Any permits required are the responsibility of the customer.
If tents cannot be staked there will be an additional charge of $20.00 for each cement weight used on small tents. Larger tents will need several 1000lb. weights at $100.00 each.
